FlexOS, in partnership with the co-working space innovator Dreamplex, conducted a study into the key changes and requirements for the post-COVID office. We surveyed the employees to get insights into what motivates and keeps them going to the office.

The data collected from our research have pointed to 10 core needs for their dream office. Going into the future, there needs to be diversity, flexibility, and personalization for offices to adapt to the employees’ needs.
