The Executive AI Briefing for Busy Leaders

Welcome to Lead with AI's practical Tuesday edition!

In this edition, I'm bringing you the latest must-know AI tools and stories:

  1. Figma’s new vibe coding feature.
  2. Your AI Team: Latest updates from ChatGPT’s access to GitHub, Gemini App, LinkedIn AI, and Apple AI search.
  3. In 5 Steps: Bulk-create Branded Social Assets using Figma Buzz.
  4. New tools: Aladin, Dash, and NotClass.
  5. Must-read News: Short answers can cause hallucinations in AI chatbots.

Let’s dive in!

Figma’s new AI features could change how your team builds everything.

More teams are ditching specs and wireframes in favor of “vibe coding.”

You describe the feeling of a product, such as “a calming app for overwhelmed parents,” and AI helps you generate everything from layout to copy to code. We’ve seen glimpses of this in tools like Framer, Canva, Gamma, Lovable, Notion AI, and even ChatGPT.

This week, Figma officially joined the race. At Config 2025, Figma introduced a whole new way of working. Powered by AI, five major new features were launched to help teams move from idea to execution faster than ever.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Make: Generate entire app or website designs from a simple text prompt. “A dashboard for a fitness app with charts and goals”.
  • Site: A zero-code website builder embedded right into Figma, turning designs into live, responsive websites instantly.
  • Draw: Turn rough hand-drawn sketches into refined, editable layouts. Ideal for early brainstorming or whiteboard moments.
  • Grid: Automate multi-format content, such as marketing assets, slides, and social posts, while staying perfectly on-brand.
  • Buzz: An AI assistant for naming, writing product copy, and brainstorming tone-aligned content.

One big advantage of Figma in launching these updates is that Figma is not a new tool, especially to your creative team members.

Figma has always been their best friend, and now just gets so much more powerful. It blurred the line between ideation, design, and development. What used to take a team days (or weeks) can now start with a prompt.

“Your AI Team” Platform Updates

Essential updates from our core AI platforms can mean big changes in your and your team's productivity. Here's what's new from the essential AI tools that most Lead with AI leaders are using:

Your AI Team: ChatGPT’s access to GitHub, Gemini App, LinkedIn AI, and Apple AI search.

Every week, I report on the top updates to your favorite AI tools. This week:

ChatGPT gets access to GitHub and SharePoint

OpenAI just added a GitHub connector and SharePoint integration to its Deep Research tool in ChatGPT, making it a lot smarter. With these new integrations, you can get detailed reports from information in your repos and documents.

Here are the key updates:

  • Works like a technical teammate. Thanks to the GitHub integration, you can ask things like “What does this Python script do?” or “Where is the API key handled?” and it will scan your connected GitHub repos to answer.
  • Unlocks knowledge management. With SharePoint, employees can now ask “Can you show me the Q1 financial summary for North America?” and ChatGPT will reply based on your documents.
  • Auto-fetches context. The model now pulls relevant files and insights into its working memory, no need to copy-paste long snippets.

Quick Hits from your favorite AI tools:

  • Google Gemini lands on iPad. Gemini now has a dedicated app for iPadOS with multitasking support and a cleaner UI for split-screen use.
  • AI fights scams in Chrome. Google just rolled out AI-powered scam detection in Chrome, flagging suspicious popups and fake download buttons in real time.
  • LinkedIn brings AI to job search. Their new AI assistant now helps users refine roles, rewrite résumés, and prep for interviews, directly in the job hunt flow.
  • Copilot now takes 50MB files. This is a 10x increase from the previous 5MB and means you can finally upload bigger PDFs and PowerPoints.
  • Gamma AI offers 50 new themes. From minimalist to bold. And don't forget to create your custom-branded theme here.

AI for Strategy, Responsible Adoption, and Prototyping: From the Community

Every day, Lead with AI PRO members discuss practical ways to benefit from AI in their work and organizations. This week's highlights include:

  • We hosted a highly interactive Masterclass with Leena AI on AI for Enterprise last week. Together, we explored what agentic AI is, why adoption often stalls at large companies, and what best practices help scale success. Missed it? The recording is available in our PRO members’ library.
  • Wyatt Barnett ran a Deep Research Drag Race between ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity to see which AI tool delivers the sharpest answers. Curious who won? See the full breakdown HERE.
  • Brian Elliott kicked off a new series, Startups vs. Enterprises: The AI Adoption Gap. In Part 1, he sat down with Helen Lee Kupp to unpack the question: “Why enterprises struggle where startups succeed?” Read the article HERE.
  • NotebookLM’s translation capabilities blew our members away. Wendy found it surprisingly adept at translating and answering in Vietnamese, both in chat and via its AI podcast feature, simply by feeding it English source material. Jamie Hillier added, “We did some specific research with Japanese case studies in construction and it was really useful. Ditto for a few other nationalities that we’ve worked with.”
