AI for Strategy, Responsible Adoption, and Prototyping: From the Community

Every day, Lead with AI PRO members discuss practical ways to benefit from AI in their work and organizations. This week's highlights include:
- Has AI Taken Our Jobs or Just Rewritten the Path? The debate was on fire in our community last weekend. Alexandros Lioumbis shared a sobering New York Times article suggesting the A.I. Job Apocalypse may already be here. But Yolanda Yu offered a counterpoint - unemployment trends began long before AI entered the workforce.
- So how do we thrive in this AI-powered future? Daan pointed out that the real risk isn’t just job loss - it’s losing the pathways that grow future leaders. Entry-level roles aren’t just for task execution. They’re where careers begin, team cultures are built, and leadership is cultivated. Antony Slumbers explored this in depth in his latest piece HERE.
- Alex summed it up perfectly: this isn’t just a technology project. It’s a mindset shift. And in this shift, the most valuable skills may be the most human ones. Miriam Gilbert and Carlo Benigni added: strategic, critical, and systems thinking have always mattered but in today’s AI age, they’re nothing short of superpowers.
