Debbie Lovich is a Managing Director and Senior Partner in the Boston office of BCG.
In her 29 years at BCG, Debbie has been a member of BCG’s executive committee, founded BCG’s leadership and talent enablement center, and led people strategy globally. She also, through a collaboration with HBS, drove the development and rollout of BCG’s global internal program to make BCG a better place to work.
Since COVID-19 hit, Debbie has been leading BCG’s thinking on the future of work. She believes that all organizations must use this unique moment in time to fundamentally rethink what work is. She works across industries and countries to ensure that critical work, leadership and culture issues are addressed to enable high performance organizations.
Debbie has spoken and published extensively on leadership and the future of work in Forbes, HBR and a TED talk with over 2 million views.
